quick pickles

ingredients:

carrot
cauliflower
turnip
water
umeboshi vinegar
coriander seeds

method:

  • cut the turnip and cawliflower in small pieces and the carrot in thin strips
  • put the vegetables in a jar, cover with ¾ water and ¼ umeboshi vinegar
  • add coriander or mustar seeds (or both!)
  • let marinate for 3 hours
