dried fruit scones

ingredients:

1 cup white wheat or spelt flour
½ cup wholewheat flour
½ cup dried fruit mix
¾ cup sunflower or grape seed oil
½ cup apple juice
¼ cup rice syrup
1 pk dried instant yeast
cinnamon q.b.
salt q.b.

method:

  • place all dried ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  • add the other ingredients and knead until you get a homogeneous texture
  • form small balls and place on a baking tray covered with parchment
  • bake in a pre-heated oven (180ºc) for 20 minutes
