How can I make a reservation?
Casa da Cumeada uses a pre-booking system only to ensure that all details in your accommodation and/or therapy are properly insured. In this way, we will contact you as soon as possible. You can make your reservation by phone (+351 964 398 833 ou +351 964 399 085), by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), through our website (https://casadacumeada.pt/en/booking/) or via our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/teresamizon/).
Do I have to make any payment at the time of booking?
Casa da Cumeada charges a 30% deposit at the time of booking just to secure it. Payment is made by bank transfer. The IBAN will be provided to you in the booking confirmation email.
Can I book more than one room?
We have at your disposition 4 rooms with capacities for 8 people distributed as follows:
Sobreiro Room for 2 people
Limoeiro Room – 2 people
Oliveira Room – 2 people (+1 extra bed)
Laranjeira room – 1 person
You can book as many as you wish according to our availability.
How do I receive a booking confirmation?
Casa da Cumeada uses the pre-reservation system. After making your pre-reservation you will receive an email as soon as possible with the actual confirmation of it.
How can I make a special order? Extra bed, etc.
You can make your special requests at the time of booking or after booking, either by phone, email, the website or our Facebook page.
Can I book for the same day?
Yes, as long as there is availability.
Can I cancel or change my reservation?
Cancellations or changes are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the check-in time or the time of your therapy appointment. If cancellation is made after this period, there will be no refund of the payment of entry.

When is the check-in / out time? Is it possible to change?

What documents do I need to deliver at check-in?
Citizen’s card and / or passport.

Can I have lunch or dinner at Casa da Cumeada?
Even if you are not staying, you can enjoy the services of restaurant with appointment.
Can I just enjoy the therapies without being hosted?
You will be able to enjoy our therapies even without being hosted, however you must book an appointment.
As a guest, is it possible to have access to nursing services (blood pressure measurement, dressings, etc.) and doctors?
Yes, through external services established by Casa da Cumeada. Please inform us of your requirements at the time of booking.
